CFB Title Game: Best Player Props for Michigan vs Washington

The College Football season has come down to this. After two stunning semifinal games in the College Football Playoff, we are down to Michigan and Washington.

Both teams have gone on unique paths to get to this point, and we are genuinely excited to see how this one plays out. Michigan is currently a 4.5-point favorite, a line that fluctuates daily.

While we wait to see where the final line settles, we will not wait any longer to share our favorite props. Here are our four favorite player props from Underdog, two from each team!

Best of luck! We hope you enjoy the final college football game of the year after an excellent season.

Michael Penix Jr. OVER 291.5 Passing Yards

Did anyone raise their draft stock higher than Michael Penix against Texas last weekend? Penix was masterful in this impressive win, throwing for 430 yards and two touchdown passes.

This was Penix’s 10th game of the season throwing for more than 300 yards, a trend we hope will continue into the title game. Michigan’s defense might be strong, but Penix should find a way to overwhelm them en route to hitting the over in this spot.

Rome Odunze OVER 89.5 Receiving Yards

After the Texas game, Penix might have been the highest draft riser, but Odunze should be a close second. He has been one of the best receivers in the country throughout the season, proving that in the semifinal game.

He had six catches for 125 yards against Texas, proving he can get it done in all games, including games where his team needed him the most. Look for Penix and Odunze to have a Batman/Robin effect on this game, making a nightmare for Michigan’s defense.

Blake Corum OVER 106.5 Rushing Yards

Blake Corum was one of Michigan’s critical playmakers against Alabama and is given significant credit for the team’s impressive win. Like Odunze, Corum has been one of the best players in the country at his position throughout the season, and when he has been called upon, he tends to deliver.

Plus, Washington allows 137.1 rushing yards per game on the season, potentially leaving them vulnerable to a massive game for Corum.

J.J McCarthy OVER 196.5 Passing Yards

J.J. McCarthy has been a tough player to grade throughout the season. At times, he has looked like a bonafide first-round draft pick, and at others, he has looked like a lackluster quarterback.

He did throw for 221 yards against Alabama, primarily due to Michigan being in a negative game script. If they find themselves down, especially if Penix has the big game we’re anticipating, McCarthy will be forced to throw the ball a lot.

If he has 25+ pass attempts, we like McCarthy’s odds of throwing for more than 200 yards, leaving us no choice but to take his over on passing yards.
