Eagles at Seahawks: 3 Picks for Underdog Fantasy
Happy Monday, everyone! We’re excited about tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup and hope you’re in the same boat. The Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks are facing off in what should be a great game between two marquee NFC teams.
Fans will be interested to see how this game plays out, especially since Geno Smith and Jalen Hurts are questionable. If neither goes, this could be a low-scoring game, leaving the defenses to battle it out. However, if Hurts and Smith do play, this could provide a shootout, which might feel like a playoff game.
After going 3/3 on our player props yesterday, we will attempt to run the table again tonight. We’ve studied the board, and while there are several plays we are interested in tonight, here are our three favorite props, all of which can be found on Underdog!
Kenneth Gainwell OVER 14.5 Rushing Yards
This is one of our favorite plays of the evening, and it doesn’t matter if Hurts plays. We’re expecting Gainwell to be a big part of the offense in this game, giving De’Andre Swift much-needed rest throughout.
If Hurts doesn’t play, the Eagles will likely rely on their rushing game much more than usual. If he does play, we still think Gainwell will be used as a change of pace back.
If Gainwell has over five rushing attempts, he will cash the over on this total. Since we anticipate him to have 7+ carries, this should be a sweat-free cash for us tonight.
Quez Watkins OVER 1.5 Receptions (1.25X Boost!)
Similarly to our analysis of Gainwell, we like this prop regardless of Hurts’ status. We are more confident in the over if Hurts doesn’t play, but with a 1.25x boost, this seems like a good play regardless.
Watkins hasn’t been a big part of the Eagles’ game plan this season, amassing just seven catches. However, he did get four targets last week, turning those into three catches for 28 yards.
If Watkins is open, whoever plays quarterback will try to get him the ball. He only needs two receptions to cash this prop, and with a 1.25x boost from Underdog, let’s hope Watkins gets this done before the first half!
Kenneth Walker III OVER 46.5 Rushing Yards
We love the over in this spot for Walker. Again, we like it a lot more if Smith doesn’t play, but we’re taking the over regardless. The Eagles’ defensive front is among the best in the league, but Walker is a game-changing player.
If he can break free for a few big runs in this game, he should easily hit the over on 46.5 rushing yards. Best of luck tonight!
