NFL Week 13 DFS Lineup Strategy

In Week 13’s lineup, take the dynamic duo of Tua and Mostert to dominate the Washington defense while our receiving core of Tank Dell, Deebo Samuel, and Josh Downs should finish with big weeks once again. As for the D/ST, expect the Kansas City defense to cause issues for Jordan Love in his first cold-weather start this season.

QB Tua Tagovailoa (MIA): Salary: $7,900

Tagovailoa finally has a plus-matchup, facing up against a Washington defense allowing 29.6 PPG during the last five games.

Although coming off a poor performance against the Jets, Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill should run wild after the catch against one of the worst defenses in the NFL.

RB Raheem Mostert (MIA): Salary: $7,300

This is a Mike McDaniel week, as we pair Tua with his halfback behind him in Raheem Mostert. The 31-year-old has been shot out of a cannon this season, scoring 15 TDs (more than the first seven years of his career, combined).

Sporting a 5.2 YPC mark, watch for Raheem to break away a few big gains through ground and air with this Washington defense allowing 118 yards on the ground in home games.

RB Zack Moss (IND): Salary: $4,600

With Jonathan Taylor doubtful to suit up, quickly snag Zach Moss as your RB2 before it’s too late. In four games as the starter, Moss scored five TDs and hit the 100-yard marker three times.

Against a Titans defense that has struggled this season and with their offense not gaining much traction, this is the perfect game to start Moss in as he becomes a late-season sleeper.

WR Tank Dell (HOU): Salary: $7,400

Another week of a DFS Lineup, another week of Tank Dell starting for our squad. Dell now has five TDs while averaging north of 92 YPG during the last four matchups.

Not to mention, he’s simply become Stroud’s favorite target both in short gains and downfield for huge pickups, hitting the 8 target mark in all of these previous four games.

While the Broncos are riding hot, they still allow the fourth-most passing yards per game in away games and should have their hands full in Houston as Stroud looks to lead his team to a wild-card spot with his arm.

WR Deebo Samuel (SF): Salary: $6,200

Our X-Factor of Week 13 comes in the form of Deebo Samuel. After coming back form a lingering injury, the wideout has been dynamic, scoring a rushing TD on top of 79 receiving yards in the 49er's big Thanksgiving Day victory.

With Philly allowing the fourth-most pass yards per contest including allowing 34 points to Buffalo this past week, the matchup looks perfect for Samuel to have a huge impact while playing 80%+ of snaps.

WR Josh Downs (IND): Salary: $5,100

Downs should be a late-season riser as one of the top rookie wideouts from his incredible class. Nearly scoring a TD last week, it seems as if the new coaching staff in Indy wants to get the speedy rookie more involved with Josh seeing 13 targets his way and nearly 70% of snaps. With a positive matchup this week against the Titans, expect him to finish with Pittman as the Colts' lead receiver in targets and yards.

TE Evan Engram (JAX): Salary: $4,500

After some disappointing games post–bye week, Engram and the Jags have found a bit of rhythm with a massive win against their newfound division rival Texans.

Engram is simply a safe bet at this small salary with Lawrence throwing his way five or more times in each game this season, with Engram hauling in four or more catches in each game.

With no TDs this campaign so far, that should change with TE-friendly matchups coming his way.

FLX Greg Dortch (ARI): Salary: $3,700

When Greg Dortch plays, he produces. In 2022 when Dortch saw 70% or more of the Cardinals' snaps (six games), he averaged 69 yards through the air while becoming Arizona’s WR1 at times later in the season.

With no reason to play Michael Wilson again before their bye week, expect 70% or more of the snaps for Dortch again, which should result in a positive performance for such a small salary tag.

DST Chiefs: Salary: $3,300

While Green Bay isn’t the best matchup for an opposing defense, we expect Steve Spagnuolo’s defense to come after Jordan Love and force a few turnovers.

With snow showers expected early Sunday in Green Bay and Love not accustomed to playing in these conditions yet, let’s bank on a touchdown for the Kansas City defense to push our squad over the edge.
