NFL Week 12 DFS Lineup for FanDuel and DraftKings

Bank on the Texans offense to click on all cylinders again, while a dynamic rushing duo of Isiah Pacheco and record-breaking Jaylen Warren round out our Week 12 DFS lineup.

QB C.J. Stroud (HOU)

Salary: $7,700

After a slight drop in production against the Cardinals in Week 11, we expect one of the best rookie QBs… of all time… to get back on track in a plus-matchup against the Jaguars this week. This is the game-of-the-week type of matchup with Houston sitting a game back of Jacksonville for the top spot in the AFC South. Earlier this season Stroud shocked the Jags, throwing for 280 yards on 20/30 completions with 2 TDs. We expect this stat line to be elevated in this game against the Jags defense allowing a fourth-worst 254.4 pass yards per contest.

RB Isiah Pacheco (KC)

Salary: $6,200

Pacheco faces the Las Vegas defense, who allow 132.3 yard per contest on the ground. With Pacheco acting as the lead back all season, we expect the 2nd year RB to finish as an RB1 after hitting the 4 YPC mark in three straight affairs. Although he hasn’t been the most fantasy friendly player thus far, a big Week 12 is on tap for one of the best young running backs in our game.

RB Jaylen Warren (PIT)

Salary: $5,400

Speaking of an explosive young 2nd year RB with the ability to break out this week, adding Jaylen Warren to your DFS lineup this week will be a positive play. We don’t understand how the undersized RB isn’t getting more love, averaging 6.2 YPC this season. That is the 3rd-highest mark of any running back in the 21st century. Jaylen has now scored the most fantasy points of the season in the past three games and has a positive matchup against the Bengals in Week 12 in which he should be utlized more with the Canada firing. Later in the season, lean on the premier Pittsburgh playmaker to make game-winning plays for your DFS team.

WR Adam Thielen (CAR)

Salary: $7,300

With Carolina in a positive matchup, Adam Thielen should get back on track as a viable WR1. The veteran has seen 8 or more targets in all but two games in 2023, while remaining on pace for his 2nd 1,000 yard, 100 reception season of his career. With the Titans allowing nearly 230 pass yards per game and over 24 PPG in their last three, add Thielen to your lineup as a solidified 15-20 points.

WR Tank Dell (HOU)

Salary: $6,900

Our X-Factor continues to come in the form of Tank Dell. Dell has caught 20 passes for 319 yards while hauling in four touchdowns in his last three games. With Stroud quarterbacking our lineup, it’s crucial we add Tank as our key playmaker as he’s officially become a Texans starter and Stroud’s key downfield target. In what seems to be a must-win game for Houston to jump start this new era of competitive football, expect Tank to be heavily involved in the gameplan.

WR Robert Woods (HOU)

Salary: $4,000

Sticking with Houston, Noah Brown is trending towards being inactive for Sunday’s game, so adding veteran wideout Robert Woods to round out your receivers is a solid play in a game that should see a ton of long balls and scoring opportunities. In games where Woods has played 70% or more of snaps, he’s seen six or more targets. While Jacksonville will have their hands full with Schultz, Collins, and Dell in the redzone, Woods should see an abundance of one-on-one looks against this sub-par defense.

TE Taysom Hill (NO)

Salary: $5,000

We need a few boom or bust candidates this week and they come in the form of some New Orleans Saints’. Hill started to come alive before the bye week, scoring 3 TDs and hitting the 50 yard mark in every game from Weeks 6 to 9. Facing an Atlanta defense allowing a 4th-worst 28 PPG over the last three games, we love Taysom as a TE1 against a collapsing defensive core.

FLX Rashid Shaheed (NO)

Salary: $4,300

Following our Hill selection, Shaheed has a great chance to have another breakout game. The dynamic playmaker saw a season-high 9 targets last week. With this game bound to become a ground battle, there is value in a player like Shaheed breaking away a big one on the ground or through the air against a defense that has been struggling to defend the long ball in recent games.

DST Patriots

Salary: $3,200

Facing the Giants, expect this to become one of the uglier games of the season. While this unit has struggled in 2023, they have had an interception in each of the last five games and have allowed 20 or less points in three of those affairs. Against Belichick, don’t expect DeVito to have a 2nd straight breakout game.
