NFL Week 14 DFS Lineup Strategy

Take the Brock Purdy/Deebo Samuel connection in your DFS Lineup this week while putting trust in Amon-Ra St. Brown and Rashee Rice to score a handful of red zone TDs in important inner-conference matchups.

QB Brock Purdy (SF) Salary: $6,500

We start with the hottest QB in the league on the hottest offense in the league. Brock Purdy has 11 TDs and just 1 INT since the 9er’s bye week just five weeks ago.

Taking on a Seattle defense allowing the 23rd most pass yards per game and the 22nd best passer rating this season, Purdy should ball out once again with all his weapons healthy.

RB James Cook (BUF) Salary: $6,000

James Cook faces a Chiefs defense allowing 122 yards per game on the ground in the last three games. With Buffalo coming off their bye week, expect their scheme to skew toward the run game.

Cook averages 4 more carries, 1 more YPC, and over 20 more yards per game in the 6 Buffalo wins in 2023.

RB Zack Moss (IND) Salary: $5,900

Moss at a fairly low salary for a starter is a player we have to scoop up. Without Taylor, Moss has hit the 70-yard mark in each game outside of Week 13’s matchup against Tennessee.

Heading to Cincy, the Bengals allow the 27th-most rush yards per contest with 134 YPG and the 2nd-most YPA in the league. This is a perfect matchup for Moss to get back on track.

WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (DET) Salary: $8,200

St. Brown has been one of the more consistent players this season, scoring six TDs and hitting the 100-yard mark six times in 11 games this campaign. Last game against the Bears, he went for 77 yards and a score.

With Justin Fields healthy and a slight problem for this sub-par Lions defense, look for a shootout in Chicago in which Brown could have one of his best games this season.

WR Deebo Samuel (SF) Salary: $6,800

Sticking with the 49ers offense, Deebo Samuel is paired with Brock Purdy this week. Samuel has been a revelation for Shanahan and this San Francisco offense post-bye week, scoring five touchdowns and averaging over 103 total yards during the last four outings.

With Seattle’s defense struggling to find stops this season, look for Deebo to produce another fine performance against an NFC West rival.

WR Rashee Rice (KC) Salary: $5,400

The Chiefs rookie closes out our receiving trio. Rice has slowly become Patrick’s favorite outside option, catching 16 of 19 targets for a score over the past two games.

In KC wins, he has scored 4 TDs in 8 games whereas in losses, just 1 TD in four outings. Safe to say Mahomes and Reid will look to find the rookie in the red zone a few times in what should be a high-scoring game.

TE Isaiah Likely (BAL) Salary: $3,500

The Mark Andrews’ insurance backup hasn’t fully lived up to expectations. However, now playing in 70% of snaps, Likely should be incorporated more after the Ravens’ bye week.

Last season in the three games Andrews was out, Isaiah went for 204 yards on 15 catches for 2 scores.

FLX Jerry Jeudy (DEN) Salary: $4,700

The 4th-year wideout has failed to find his footing this season, scoring just one time and not seeing more than 7 targets in a game. However, in comes the Chargers defense allowing the 2nd-most pass yards per game.

With this divisional matchup set to become a slight shootout, bank on Jeudy to catch a few long balls as a guy who hasn’t played in less than 60% of snaps in any game this season.

DST Browns Salary: $3,000

The Browns’ defense will be licking their chops this week as after two rough outings, will face C.J. Beathard and the Jaguars who might look slightly lost without their QB1.

The Browns still hold a top-10 defense and allow the least PPG at home this season with just 10.2 PPG.
