Dabble DFS boasts a user-friendly mobile app available for both iOS and Android. The design is intuitive, allowing users to navigate easily and find the features or picks they want quickly.

The app’s layout is super clean and modern, with clearly labeled sections for contests, social interactions, and account management. It’s apparent that they’ve focused on keeping things as simple as possible.

The inclusion of social features like chat rooms and the ability to follow and copy other users’ entries fosters a sense of community, but we thought these might be a little more cumbersome. However, that’s not the case. These features make the app more engaging and can be hugely beneficial for newcomers looking for strategies and tips from more experienced players.

However, the biggest downside we’ve seen is that there’s not a desktop version of the DFS platform. You can only use the platform through their apps and not in your browser. This isn’t the end of the world, but it might be more of an inconvenience for some of the players.

From what we gathered is that users appreciate the sign-up bonus and the flexibility offered by the All In and Hedge game modes. Many were surprised but delighted by the app’s social features as one of the neat aspects of the platform. It seemed to add an enjoyable dimension to the DFS experience.

Dabble DFS’s customer service has received mixed reviews. While some users have reported positive interactions and timely responses to their queries, others have experienced delays. 

When we tested Dabble’s customer support, one thing that stood out to us was its robust help center. They’ve got tons of articles that can guide you through just about every aspect of the app. There’s even a chat feature where you can chat with an AI bot, and it delivers surprisingly good answers. However, if you want to go with a more human-oriented route, you can leave a message with the chatbot, and their customer service reps will get to you fairly quickly. Our message was responded to in around 8 hours. That’s not the best, but definitely not the worst we’ve seen in the industry.
