Week 13 of the NFL season brought plenty of fireworks and even some snow showers, with huge performances across the league. It was quite a sight to see.
Fantasy managers who added these players to their lineups most likely enjoyed big wins in their leagues, as these stars turned in monster games when it mattered most. The best part is that there are a few new names on our list that we haven’t seen notch the top 5 so far this season.

Brock Bowers (30.20 Fantasy Points)
The Las Vegas Raiders may have come up a little short in their game against the KC Chiefs, but rookie TE Brock Bowers left no doubt about his ability to go big. This man put up WR numbers despite being a TE.
He hauled in a nice 10 receptions for an impressive 140 yards and even added a touchdown to the mix. His one-handed 29-yard grab and a 33-yard TD simply showcased his dynamic skill set and playmaking ability where it counts.
For fantasy managers, Bowers has been a relatively consistent producer all season, but this breakout performance was his best of the season up to this point.
His growing rapport with the Raiders’ QBs and ability to create mismatches make him a top-tier TE fantasy option moving forward.
With 84 catches for 884 yards and 4 touchdowns this season, Bowers is easily in the Offensive Rookie of the Year discussion.
If you’ve got him on your roster, expect him to keep delivering as the Raiders lean on him heavily. If you don’t have him, you might want to see if he’s available. We don’t see him slowing down.
Josh Allen (28.42 Fantasy Points)
Josh Allen did something we haven’t seen in decades. He is the first quarterback since 1970 to record a passing, rushing, and receiving TD in the same game. You read that right.
The Buffalo Bills’ star put up a whopping 28.42 fantasy points against the 49ers, completing 13 of 17 passes for 148 yards and 2 touchdowns. On top of that, he rushed for 35 yards and a TD and even caught a TD pass from wide receiver Amari Cooper on a trick play. It was a wild night in Buffalo between his performance and the heavy snowfall.
Allen’s knack for finding the end zone makes him a fantasy manager’s dream week after week.
This performance helped the Bills secure the AFC East title for the 5th straight year, and with the playoffs approaching, Allen is only heating up (figuratively because it was really cold in Buffalo last night).
His dual-threat ability tells us he will remain a must-start every week, no matter who they’re up against.
Jayden Daniels (27.64 Fantasy Points)
Washington Commanders rookie QB Jayden Daniels was simply unstoppable in a massive win over the Tennessee Titans.
Daniels completed 25 of 30 passes for 206 yards and 3 touchdowns while adding another score on the ground. That’s a quick way to rack up the FP. His precision passing and ability to extend plays with his legs were on full display.
Daniels is coming out as a reliable starter with a high floor and ceiling for fantasy managers. His connection with teammates like Terry McLaurin (more on him in just a minute) has only given a boost to Washington's offense and kept them in the playoff hunt. If they can keep this pace up, they’ll have no problems getting into the playoffs.
As the Commanders head into their much-needed bye week, Daniels looks like a rising star who could help you dominate your fantasy playoffs. He’s probably not available, but he’s definitely worth trading for.
Bucky Irving (27.50 Fantasy Points)
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers leaned on running back Bucky Irving, and he delivered in a big way.
Irving rushed for a season-high 152 yards on a whopping 25 carries, including a pivotal 6-yard touchdown that gave Tampa Bay a late lead in the game.
His ability to keep drives going was one of the defining factors in their 26-23 overtime win over the Carolina Panthers.
Irving’s huge performance has made him a hot commodity in fantasy leagues. This is especially true as the Buccaneers push for a playoff spot.
If he’s available in your league, and there’s a good chance he is, you just might want to think about picking him up. With his volume only increasing and his knack for big explosive plays, he’s looking to be a league-winner as the fantasy postseason approaches. Don’t miss out on Irving going forward.
Terry McLaurin (27.30 Fantasy Points)
Terry McLaurin was Jayden Daniels’ favorite target in the Commanders’ victory. He caught 8 passes for 73 yards and 2 TDs. His red-zone dominance and reliable hands were some of the biggest contributors to Washington’s offensive success, and this performance lifted him to a career-high 8 touchdowns for the season. McLaurin isn’t slowing down.
McLaurin has been a steady presence for fantasy managers, and this 2-touchdown outing only reinforced his value.
As the Commanders head into their bye week, McLaurin is unquestionably a weekly must-start option. Tack on the fact that Daniels is playing at such a high level and you have a lethal combination.
We expect more strong outings from "Scary Terry" in the coming weeks. There’s a reason he has that nickname.
