Top 5 Fantasy Point Winners In Week 18 of the NFL 2024 Season

The final week of the 2024 NFL regular season delivered us some high stakes and even higher fantasy scores. With playoff implications on the line, quite a few players rose to the occasion and delivered massive performances for DFS managers.

Were you lucky enough to have had these players on your lineup? These are the top 5 fantasy point winners from Week 18.

Player Pass Yds Pass TD Rush Yds Rush TD Receptions Rec Yds Rec TD FP
Jahmyr Gibbs 139 3 5 31 1 46.00
Drake London 10 187 2 40.70
Bryce Young 251 3 24 2 36.44
Bo Nix 321 4 47 33.54
Quentin Johnston 13 186 31.60

Jahmyr Gibbs (46.00 Fantasy Points)

Jahmyr Gibbs capped off a phenomenal season in style. He helped the Detroit Lions lock in their first-ever #1 seed in the NFC with a win over the Vikings.

Gibbs was unstoppable against the Vikings. He racked up 139 rushing yards and 3 TDs on the ground while adding 5 receptions for 31 yards and a receiving touchdown for good measure. His ability to dominate both on the ground and in the air made him a nightmare for the Vikings' defense and he will do so in the playoffs.

For fantasy managers, Gibbs’ 46 points were an absolute jackpot.

This was the kind of performance that wins championships — or at least secures bragging rights for the offseason. Whichever you choose. Gibbs has proven all year that he’s a top-tier dual-threat back, and this game just further solidified his status as one of the league’s best fantasy assets heading into 2025.

Just because traditional fantasy is over doesn’t mean you can’t roster him in your DFS lineups. He’s going to be a rockstar throughout the playoffs.

Drake London (40.70 Fantasy Points)

Drake London sure had himself a day in the Falcons’ wild overtime loss to the Panthers. He was doing everything he could to keep his team in the fight.

London went off for 10 receptions, 187 yards, and 2 touchdowns. This was good for 40.70 fantasy points. Despite Atlanta’s playoff hopes slipping away, London gave his fantasy managers something to get excited over. His performance included several jaw-dropping catches, including a deep strike that went for 6.

London has been a bit of a rollercoaster this season, but games like this, where it really mattered, remind everyone of his sky-high potential as a WR1.

If the Falcons can stabilize their QB situation heading into next year, London will undoubtedly become a weekly must-start WR1. For those who started him in Week 18, his explosive game likely made all the difference in your fantasy matchup.

Bryce Young (36.44 Fantasy Points)

Bryce Young showed why he was the No. 1 overall pick. He had an absolutely standout performance in Carolina's thrilling OT win.

Young threw for 251 yards and 3 touchdowns while even adding 24 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs. Dual-threat QBs are always great for fantasy points and Young didn’t disappoint. He kept the Falcons’ defense on their heels all game.

Fantasy managers who trusted Young in their lineups were rewarded in a big way. His 5 total TDs gave lineups a massive scoring boost, and his development over the course of the season tells us he’s trending in the right direction.

If this is what we can expect from Young moving forward, he could quickly find himself climbing the ranks of reliable fantasy QBs in 2025.

Bo Nix (33.54 Fantasy Points)

We figured we’d see at least one Denver Bronco on here with the Chiefs sitting their starters.

Rookie QB Bo Nix announced himself to the league in a big way, leading the Broncos to a stunning 38-0 blowout win over the Chiefs.

Nix was almost flawless, completing 26 of 29 passes for 321 yards and even 4 touchdowns in the game. His composure under pressure and his pinpoint accuracy were on full display, as he spread the ball around to his playmakers all game long.

For fantasy managers, Nix’s performance was nothing short of spectacular, but we saw this one coming. While some may have been hesitant to start him in a matchup against the Chiefs, those who knew the Chiefs were playing with their 2nd team and took the gamble were rewarded with a top-five QB finish.

With the Broncos securing a wild-card playoff spot, Nix could carry this momentum into the postseason and even rack up some points in your DFS contests — and possibly become a fantasy darling for next year. We’ll have to see what tools he gets in the off-season.

Quentin Johnston (31.60 Fantasy Points)

Quentin Johnston saved his best for last. He lit up the Raiders’ defense with a monster performance.

The Chargers’ rookie wideout hauled in 13 receptions for 186 yards, though he surprisingly didn’t find the end zone. That’s hard to comprehend with a receiver who averaged 14.3 yards per catch. Regardless, Johnston’s ability to rack up yardage made him a PPR goldmine in Week 18.

This game could mark a turning point for Johnston’s career. After an up-and-down rookie season, it’s clear the Chargers are looking to him to be a big part of their offense moving forward.

For fantasy managers who kept faith in Johnston, his 31.60 points were a fantastic reward to close out the season.

With more consistent usage in 2025, we think Johnston has the potential to become a WR2 or even better.

Closing Out the NFL Fantasy Football Season

Week 18 brought fireworks, drama, and some of the biggest fantasy scores we’ve seen all year. We’re pretty sure the playoffs will give this week a good run for its money when it comes to DFS.

From Jahmyr Gibbs’ historic day against one of the best defenses in the league to Bryce Young’s five-touchdown explosion, these players delivered when it mattered most — in the final week.

As we turn the page to the postseason and start thinking about 2025 drafts, it’s performances like these that will stick in our minds through the off-season.

If you had any of these stars on your roster this week, congratulations on an epic finish to the fantasy season.
