Top 5 Fantasy Point Winners in Week 15 of the NFL 2024 Season

Week 15 showcased some of the most wild shootouts and standout performances we’ve seen all year and they sent fantasy managers scrambling for the top scores. Tons of big winners this week, but we only focus on the top 5.

Whether you had one of these game-changers on your lineup or even faced off against them, this week reminded us why fantasy football remains as unpredictable — and exciting — as ever.

Here are the top 5 fantasy point scorers across the NFL from Week 15, with massive numbers across the board.

Player Pass Yds Pass TD Int Rush Yds Receptions Rec Yds Rec TD FP
Davante Adams - - - - 9 198 2 42.80
Josh Allen 362 2 - 68 2 - - 41.28
Jared Goff 494 5 1 13 - - - 41.06
Amon-Ra St. Brown - - - - 14 193 1 37.30
Mike Evans - - - - 9 159 2 36.90

Davante Adams (42.80 Fantasy Points)

Davante Adams delivered a vintage performance for the New York Jets. He rallied against the Jacksonville Jaguars, reminding everyone why he's still one of the NFL's dominant and premier receivers.

Adams torched the Jaguars’ secondary for a massive 198 receiving yards on 9 catches and found the end zone twice. That’s insane for any WR. The Aaron Rodgers-to-Adams chemistry clicked seamlessly like the good ol’ days, and it came at the perfect time for DFS players and season-long managers are still alive in the fantasy playoffs or even for DFS lineups.

What stood out the most to us? Adams’ dominance after the catch.

He racked up 118 yards after contact, which is wild and shows he’s not just a deep-ball threat but an absolute nightmare for defenders in space.

One of his touchdowns came on a massive 60-yard catch-and-run where he shook off multiple tackles and cruised into the end zone.

For fantasy owners, Adams’ 42.80 points likely sealed their wins. His late-season surge couldn't have been better timed, especially with fantasy playoff implications heating up.

While consistency has been a bit shaky overall for the Jets offense this year, Adams’ connection with Rodgers makes him a weekly WR1 lock heading into the final weeks even if the Jets themselves are out of playoff contention.

Josh Allen (41.28 Fantasy Points)

The Buffalo Bills’ star QB, Josh Allen, was in peak form during the Bills' 48-42 victory over the Detroit Lions, and shortly after, many were shouting for him to be named MVP.

Allen combined his elite arm and rushing ability to carve up Detroit’s defense. He tallied 362 passing yards, 2 passing TDs, and 68 rushing yards with 2 more TDs on the ground. Sure, he’s a vulture when it comes to running, but we’ll take the fantasy points.

Allen’s fantasy output shows why he’s a dream QB for DFS managers. Not only did he deliver huge points in the passing game with pinpoint throws downfield (a whopping 9 completions of 10+ yards), but his 68 yards on the ground added even more points to his tally. His 2 rushing TDs made the biggest difference, giving him the edge over other elite QBs this week.

For DFS players, Allen was worth every bit of his premium price tag. We don’t expect that price to dip anytime soon, either.

He’s a true dual-threat weapon, and with Buffalo pushing for better playoff positioning, you can expect Allen to remain as aggressive as ever in both passing and running.

His 41.28 fantasy points made him one of Week 15’s top players and got him the top QB slot, but barely.

Jared Goff (41.06 Fantasy Points)

Jared Goff put up video game numbers in a losing effort against Buffalo. Going head-to-head against Allen in a shootout, he threw for a massive 494 yards and 5 touchdowns

Yes, you read that right. We checked the numbers and it’s legit.

The Lions quarterback was on fire. He kept Detroit in a high-scoring shootout until the very end. Sure, it wasn’t enough to secure a win for the Lions, but Goff’s fantasy managers didn’t care — they got loads of FP.

Goff distributed the ball all over the field, showcasing his accuracy under pressure.

The highlight of the game was a surprise 13-yard touchdown pass to offensive lineman Dan Skipper, something we didn’t see coming and a moment that broke the internet and DFS leaderboards alike. While the Lions’ slow starts in both halves ultimately cost them the biggest game of their season, Goff’s ability to rally the offense kept the game alive.

For fantasy owners, Goff’s 41.06 points were an unexpected gold mine. Okay, well, we expected him to light it up, but not by that much.

While he’s not always the flashiest quarterback like some of the others, matchups like this show his potential when Detroit’s offense is firing on all cylinders.

With the Lions still battling for the NFC’s top seed (Minnesota plays tonight and we’re expecting them to beat out the Bears), Goff remains a strong streaming option in favorable matchups. The future looks bright for Goff.

Amon-Ra St. Brown (37.30 Fantasy Points)

The Sun God shined bright for the Detroit Lions — yet again.

Amon-Ra St. Brown hauled in 14 receptions for 193 yards and 1 TD in a performance that proved just how reliable he is as a target magnet for Jared Goff. Goff likes to throw and St. Brown is easily one of his favorite targets.

St. Brown’s route-running and hands were on full display. He worked the middle of the field and picked apart Buffalo’s defense like it was nothing. They couldn’t stop him.

One of the biggest highlights of the game was his 30-yard catch-and-run where he broke free for a crucial score that kept the Lions relevant in the game. While the Lions ultimately fell short, St. Brown’s dominance helped keep the game within reach.

For fantasy managers, St. Brown’s 37.30 points came as no surprise like some of the others on the list.

He’s been a consistent force all season. He’s racked up receptions and yardage at an elite level every game this year. In PPR formats, he’s like a weekly cheat code. With the Lions’ offense clicking, and they usually do, St. Brown should continue to thrive, making him a must-start WR1 in all formats, at any time, in any game.

Mike Evans (36.90 Fantasy Points)

Mike Evans continued his late-season tear with an absolutely massive performance in the Buccaneers’ 40-17 rout of the Chargers

Evans hauled in a stunning 9 catches for 159 yards and 2 TDs. He was looking unstoppable as Tampa Bay piled on 30 unanswered points in the second half of the game.

Evans was targeted 42.3% of his routes which goes to show just how much trust Tampa Bay’s offense has in its big-play receiver.

Both of his touchdowns came on some fairly deep shots, including a highlight-reel 40-yard grab where he outmuscled the defender to haul it in and keep the drive alive.

For DFS players, Evans’ 36.90 points were, for the most part, a steal. He remains one of the best deep threats in the league and has a knack for delivering monster performances at just the right time at not a terribly high salary.

With Tampa Bay rolling and Evans heating up, he’s a must-have in any lineup in any contest type heading into Week 16.

Add These Playmakers to Your DFS Lineups

Week 15 was all about explosive offense and that made it fun to watch and take in.

Davante Adams reclaimed his WR1 crown up in NY, while Josh Allen and Jared Goff showcased just how valuable QBs can be in high-scoring shootout games. Amon-Ra St. Brown remains a PPR dream that you don’t want to leave out, and Mike Evans continues his late-season resurgence.

If you had any of these players in your fantasy lineup, there’s a good chance that you’re celebrating a big win today.

With the fantasy playoffs underway, performances like these can be season-defining.
