Top DFS Flex Value Picks for NFL Week 4
We've got the top value picks for the flex position in your DFS lineup. These Week 4 NFL picks will set your lineup on fire!

Filling your DFS flex spot with value players can be the key to dominating the contest.
Flex picks give you flexibility with either a running back, wide receiver, or even the occasional tight end, so finding a player who can bring upside at a reasonable salary is pivotal for this unique lineup spot.
For Week 4, we’ve highlighted some great options for the flex spot that can help max out your points without blowing up your budget. Here’s a look at five solid flex options this week.
Jordan Mason — San Francisco 49ers, RB
- Projected Points: 13.4
- Salary: $5.8k
With Christian McCaffrey sidelined Jordan Mason has stepped into the lead running back role for the 49ers.
He isn’t disappointed.
He’s averaging 108 rushing yards per game over the last two weeks and is getting consistent touches in both the running and passing games. Mason rushed 19 times for 77 yards last week and caught both of his targets, adding another 11 yards. This type of usage is exactly what you want in your DFS flex, especially at this rock-bottom price.
While his matchup against the Patriots in Week 4 is tricky — New England is allowing just 83 rushing yards per game and ranks fifth in yards per carry (3.7) — Mason’s workload and involvement in the offense make him a safe bet.
The 49ers are a run-heavy team. As long as McCaffrey remains out, Mason will continue to see a high volume of touches.
Even if he struggles to break off big runs, his steady production should ensure a decent fantasy floor. The opportunity alone makes him one of the better value players at flex this week. Don’t miss out on picking up Mason at a hot price.
Alvin Kamara — New Orleans Saints, RB
- Projected Points: 19.1
- Salary: $7.3k
Despite his slightly higher salary, Alvin Kamara offers tons of upside in Week 4 as the Saints face a divisional clash against the Falcons.
Kamara has been a workhorse for New Orleans, totaling 26 carries for 87 yards last week. He also added three receptions for 40 yards. His versatility as both a runner and receiver makes him a perfect candidate for DFS flex spots, especially in PPR formats.
Kamara has exceeded 100 scrimmage yards in all three games this season and already has five total touchdowns. The man is a beast and a powerhouse.
The Saints' offense is designed to feature him heavily, and with Jamaal Williams barely seeing any action (just one carry last week), Kamara’s role is solidified.
The Falcons’ defense has been inconsistent, and in a game where the Saints will want to establish the run, Kamara should get plenty of opportunities to pile up a trove of fantasy points.
His dual-threat ability makes him worth the slightly higher cost, especially given his potential to dominate in a key divisional game. We’re expecting fireworks from Kamara during this game.
Brandon Aiyuk — San Francisco 49ers, WR
- Projected Points: 15.6
- Salary: $6.7k
While Brandon Aiyuk hasn’t been as explosive as expected, he’s still a major part of the 49ers' passing attack.
He saw 10 targets last week, catching five of them for 48 yards. The absence of Deebo Samuel and George Kittle has opened up more opportunities for Aiyuk, and despite the underwhelming production, he remains a focal point in the offense.
We like him because his matchup against New England in Week 4 looks promising, especially considering the Patriots are allowing 244 passing yards per game — fifth most in the league. It’s a tough spot because San Francisco loves to run it, but passing on the Pats is so tempting.
With Samuel likely out again, Aiyuk should continue to see heavy volume, and if the 49ers are forced to rely on the pass more than usual, Aiyuk could be in for a big game.
For DFS managers looking for a mid-range flex option with the potential for a breakout performance, Aiyuk is a strong pick.
Rashee Rice — Kansas City Chiefs, WR
- Projected Points: 16.4
- Salary: $6.2k
Rashee Rice has quickly established himself as Patrick Mahomes' top target, with 12 catches on 14 targets in Week 3, along with two touchdowns already this season.
Rice’s emergence in the Chiefs' offense comes at a crucial time, as Travis Kelce has been less involved than usual, and Mahomes needs a reliable downfield option. To top it off, he’s got a salary of around $6,200, he’s not a bad flex option.
The Chiefs face a tough Chargers defense in Week 4, but Rice’s target share and involvement in the red zone give him a solid upside.
The Chargers’ secondary is strong, but they've allowed plenty of receptions to opposing wide receivers, ranking fifth in receptions allowed to WRs. Rice’s ability to find the end zone and his consistent usage make him a valuable flex option, especially if Mahomes continues to lean on him.
Bijan Robinson — Atlanta Falcons, RB
- Projected Points: 17.8
- Salary: $7.8k
Bijan Robinson had a frustrating Week 3, managing just 31 rushing yards on 16 carries against the Chiefs, but he salvaged his fantasy day with a touchdown. So, there’s that.
Despite his struggles, Robinson remains the clear lead back for the Falcons, with backup Tyler Allegier far behind in touches. This week, he faces the Saints' defense, which has been strong against the run but recently allowed Saquon Barkley to rush for 147 yards and two touchdowns.
Robinson’s usage in the Falcons' offense guarantees that he will get plenty of opportunities to turn things around and we’re confident he’ll do just that.
The Saints have been tough, but Robinson’s talent and the Falcons' commitment to running the ball give him a chance to shine. His ability to catch passes out of the backfield also boosts his value in DFS formats, making him a high-floor flex play with the potential for a bounce-back performance in Week 4.
Set Your Lineup for Week 4!
For Week 4, Jordan Mason and Alvin Kamara stand out as our top flex options due to their heavy usage in their respective offenses.
Mason offers some of the best value for the pick as the 49ers' lead back, while Kamara’s role as the Saints' offensive centerpiece makes him a strong pick despite his higher salary.
Brandon Aiyuk, Rashee Rice, and Bijan Robinson also bring solid upside, with Aiyuk poised for a potential bounce-back, Rice emerging as a reliable target for Mahomes, and Robinson looking to bounce back from a rough Week 3. Any of these three will do your DFS lineup some good.
Whether you're looking for a bargain or willing to pay up for a higher upside, these players offer excellent value for your DFS lineups.
